- Pocket Pictures, 2003
- Self-written/produced
- Slated screening: April 2003, currently in post-production
A satirical film, Yellow Fever explores the term, both technical and slang: a mosquito-borne illness and men that prefer to date Asian women. This is a tongue-and-cheek view of Asia's own experiences written to educate people about the phenomenon in a light, fun way. By poking fun at herself, Asia pulls off this hilarious portrait of Asian stereotypes. Rodney Wilson directs. This is Asia's first attempt at writing and producing an original film.
Asia - "I developed the project because these were all life experiences that happened to me. I wanted to poke fun of Asian stereotypes and make fun of myself in the process."
