The Life of David Gale (Film)

Asia DeMarcos plays Donna, a smart, brash reporter in this taut suspense thriller directed by Alan Parker and starring two-time Academy Award®-winner Kevin Spacey and Oscar®-nominees Kate Winslet and Laura Linney.

The Life of David Gale, Charles Randolph's first feature film screenplay, paints a portrait of David Gale (Kevin Spacey), a man facing death for raping and killing Constance Harraway (Laura Linney). Reporter Elizabeth Bloom (Kate Winslet), three days before his slated execution, lands an interview with Gale that unfolds the bizarre series of twists that led to Constance's death.

MetroActive - "And like that tease of a movie The Sixth Sense, The Life of David Gale has a surprise ending friends will not tell friends. Suffice to say the ending proves Parker's evident theorem: that passion is the reason for most anything to exist, and to cease existing."

Asia - "Things were kept quiet on the set. Only a few scripts were given out. After returning home, I couldn't talk about my part or it would have revealed too much of the story."

Miss Congeniality (Film)

Asia DeMarcos plays Alana Krewson aka Miss Hawaii alongside Sandra Bullock who stars as undercover FBI agent Gracie Hart.

In the end, Gracie enlists the help of fellow agent Eric Matthews (Benjamin Bratt) to push her through the trying ordeal.

Steve Warren, Reel Time - "The contestants Gracie gets closest to are Misses Rhode Island (Heather Burns), Texas (Deirdre Quinn as a redheaded stereotype), New York (Wendy Raquel Robinson) and Hawaii (Asia DeMarcos). The last two have a running bitchfight that's good for a few laughs."

Keith Higa, fan - "I'm glad to see "Miss Hawaii" (Asia DeMarcos) get a good portion of lines in the movie."

David Cohen, journalist - "Though she had relatively little to do in this scene, she clearly had a speaking role. And she was funny. This woman turned out to be Asia, the actress, who is in no way generic. She is, however, many things: talented, versatile, funny, intelligent and charming among them."
